General Policy

Swimmers personal information is only for Chelsea Swim Spa use and is stored in our database for 12 months.

  • Lessons must be supervised by a responsible guardian at all times
  • Chelsea Swim Spa London Ltd can only be responsible for children during their swimming lesson and the parent/guardian is responsible at all other times. The swimming lesson begin when the instructor accepts charge of the child and ends when the child is returned to the parent or guardian
  • A parent or guardian must accompany the child in the water for parent and baby lessons only
  • All children under the age of 3 years are required to wear the double nappy system. This consists of a water nappy (such as Huggies) that can be bought in most supermarkets/chemists and a Happy Nappy over the top. The Happy Nappy can be bought online at www.splashabout.com or amazon
  • It is the parent/guardian’s legal responsibility to disclose any pertinent medical information regarding the child who is swimming. This must be provided in writing via email to the relevant bookings manager, so the details can be included in the child’s medical notes on the Chelsea Swim Spa London Ltd database. Please note instructors and office staff will have access to these notes

Financial Policy

  • Swimming Fees are paid by bank transfer for a full term
  • All requests for cancellations need to be emailed to hello@chelseaswimspa.co.uk At least 2 weeks’ notice is required
  • In case of sickness/absence 24 hours’ notice is required. Any notification received within the 24 hours prior to the lesson will not be valid
  • In order to cancel your booking during the term due to sickness, you will need to send an email to hello@chelseaswimspa.co.uk with an official note from your GP or consultant. At least 24 hours’ notice is needed
  • If you do not attend a lesson you will be fully charged
  • We offer up to 2 make-up classes per term
  • No refund will be given except in the event of the cancellation of a lesson by Chelsea Swim Spa for any technical or other reason
  • If Chelsea Swim Spa London Ltd has to cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson will be provided if available, or a refund for that lesson will be paid via bank transfer
  • Full payment indicates that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions
